Shipping

NEWTORSO provides worldwide delivery. Each order shipped out of our warehouse is insured until it is delivered to you. Orders will be processed in 2 or 3 working days after receiving the payment. Delivery may take up to 20 working days worldwide. It depends which shipping method you will choose.

 

Please note the following:

  • We will inform you if the delay occurs. Please note, that delays may arise during holidays and sale periods.
  • Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.
  • NEWTORSO does not deliver to hotels.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
  • The receipt is found inside the package


Ordering

To place your order online, select the product and size then proceed to add the item to your bag. Once you have entered your correct email address, shipping, billing information, select your payment method.


Payment Methods

Pricing on our website is displayed in Georgian Lari ₾ for Georgia, Euro € for EU countries, and US $ Dollars for other countries.

The order amount will be captured from your account as soon as your order has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund back to your account. Easy returns – if something doesn’t fit, just return it to us for an exchange or refund.

You can pay by Visa and Mastercard. Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.


Taxes and Duties

Any charges on a package must be paid by the person receiving the package. NEWTORSO has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be. In order to be sure of the current changes, please take contact with your local customs office.

VAT/tax is included in the item price when shipping to Georgia.

Import duties are included in the item price when shipping to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States. VAT may apply.

Import duties are not included in the item price when shipping to all other countries. This means you may be liable to pay import duties. VAT may apply.


Please also note the following:

The ordered item(s) will only be sent after the payment is cleared and checked by us. NEWTORSO does not deliver to P.O.Boxes address. Moreover, all orders will include an official invoice declaring the exact total amount of the purchased goods. We will not lower the value or mark the item(s) as gift on the invoice of the parcel since it is illegal and in violation with international import regulations as stated in Georgian Law.

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
